Scope: Viva! Consult is collaborating with the executive team to create an integrated campaign for a new sales recognition program. We provided an end-to-end event solution including creating program theme, program and event design, managing brand and communication campaign launched to five enterprise businesses, budget and vendor management and on-site execution in Hawaii.
Big Win: Re-launched incentive program to multiple operating companies, consistent branding and added a year long marketing campaign to the incentive program along with end-to-end event services allowed solved internal staff bandwidth issues.

Overview: Our team has worked with the Crime Victims Services Division for the past four years managing various events and campaigns supporting the objective and efforts of the Attorney General. We have managed state-wide training meetings, commemoration ceremonies, awareness events at the State Capital and also former Attorney General Hardy Myers’ retirement celebration.
Big Win: Relieved internal staff of resource constraints and provide a clear turn-key event management process.

Overview: Viva! Consult is working with the OWEB team to execute their biennial conference that will be held in Pendleton, Oregon in November 2010. We have provided a streamlined approach to program development, consolidation of communication methods, sponsorship management and launching their first conference website with social media applications.
Big Win: Created a roadmap that provided integrated event branding and streamlined communication with internal stakeholder and participants. Ensured that conference success indicators tied back to OWEB’s overall strategies and objectives.
